Shipping policy

We offer $10 flat rate shipping across Australia.

Once we have dispatched your parcel you will be emailed a tracking number that you can use to access Australia Post's tracking system. There you can see where your order is now, and when it is due to arrive.

If your order has not arrived by Australia Post's predicted delivery date or if there have been no tracking movements, email us at orders@thirsty.group
